The role will work with stakeholders to bring great digital experiences to life, driving operational excellence for the website's biggest launches and day-to-day publishing needs with a mixture of hands-on page creation, request triaging and routing, and cross-functional coordination across global partners. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple workstreams at one time, and will have a proven track record executing web publishing operations from intake through launch that maintain a high quality bar. This role requires effective cross-functional communication skills, as well as a clear understanding of AWS brand guidelines and standards, website features and tools, and content management capabilities. Moreover, as the operational partner responsible for ensuring seamless web channel updates, they will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end request management, launch coordination, and process optimization for publishing workflows.
