* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
 * 8+ years of software development experience
 * Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices ,Kafka, Kubernetes,Spring Security.
 * Very Strong in Kafka .
 * Self Learner , Take ownership of the deliverables without micro management.
 * Proficiency in using claude code and Github Copilot for Development.
 * Good Experience in SQL, Oracle DB, Performance Tuning .
 * Build and deployment tools like Jenkins
 * Strong communication skills and experienced in delivering projects in Scrum agile methodology.
 * Strong Analytical skills and problem-solving
 * Being a self-starter, quick learner, detail oriented.

Preferrable Skills:

 * Banking Domain Knowledge
 * Knowledge in Banking ISO /Swift Standards

## Description

* Involve in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work in a highly dynamic Agile environment
 * Hands on Java , Spring Boot ,Microservices,Kafka Kubernetes experiences .
 * Experience in development leveraging Github copilot and Claude Code.
 * Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
 * Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
 * Adds value to team delivery and works with team to complete tasks to high quality and actively learns new skills.
