Our CRM is custom built rather than an off-the-shelf platform, this role requires real software engineering skill, not just configuration experience. The ability to read, extend, and refactor an existing codebase matters as much as writing new features. Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders and a track record of taking ownership of problems through to resolution matter as much as the technical skill set., * High School Diploma * 3+ years of professional software development experience * Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core, particularly MVC and WPF; including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and CSS * Experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL, including schema design and query optimization * Experience developing and maintaining custom business applications where software design and coding were primary responsibilities.
