This role is responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft Application, as well as experience in leading and managing projects., * Strong leadership and team management skills are vital to effectively guide project teams and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. * The ability to identify and address project-related challenges, risks, and issues proactively is important in ensuring project success. * Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach is beneficial, as different projects may require different methodologies. * Support other major initiatives like ERP Modernization Project. * Manage PeopleSoft O&M tasks and delivery. * Prepare and support procurement-related artifacts, including COTR support related to vendor contract activities and procurements for phases. * Functional experience using e-business software products such as PeopleSoft that includes product configuration, requirements gathering, and developing training materials. * Experience with databases such as ORACLE, SQL Server, SYBASE, INFORMIX, and DB2. Preferred Requirements: Master's degree in computer science or a related field, Experience in working with Hyperion and other third-party systems., Experience with cloud-based applications. ## Description * Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. * Lead project team, including functional and technical experts, to ensure smooth execution of the project. * Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
