This role ensures the protection of information assets, monitors security events, manages incident response, and leads a team of security analysts to maintain a strong security posture across the enterprise. 100% on site in Glens Falls, NY. Essential Job Functions: > Lead day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Team. Develop and implement security operations policies and procedures. > Provide management, coaching, training, and support to team members to promote professional development, achieve department goals, and maintain a strong security environment. > Oversee security monitoring, alert management and event response activities. Manage Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR), and other security technologies. > Oversee vulnerability management, including vulnerability scanning, risk assessment, remediation tracking and reporting for IT Senior Management. > Participate in security awareness initiatives and organizational cybersecurity planning.
