Knowledge Requirements * Legislative Knowledge * National Credit Act (NCA). * Reserve Bank regulations. * Companies Act. * Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act. * Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA). * Systems and Technical Skills * Microsoft Excel (Advanced). * Microsoft Word (Intermediate). * Microsoft PowerPoint (Intermediate). * SAP basic administrative functions. * Financial and credit administration systems ## Description Komatsu South Africa is seeking a Senior Administrator: GRF Support to provide comprehensive administrative support for retail funding operations by facilitating customer financing applications, supporting credit control activities, ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements, and maintaining accurate financial and customer records. The role contributes to efficient processing of customer finance transactions and supports effective risk management and debt collection activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Retail Funding Administration * Assist with the preparation and administration of customer financing applications. * Gather and verify transaction information from internal stakeholders. * Capture and maintain customer information on relevant systems. * Prepare finance quotations, agreements, and schedules. * Distribute transaction documentation to customers and follow up on outstanding paperwork. * Scan, file, and maintain customer and transaction records in accordance with company procedures. * Liaise with internal departments to facilitate invoicing and transaction processing. 2. Payment and Payout Administration * Prepare payment documentation for approval. * Capture and allocate payments accurately and timeously. * Ensure all payments comply with company policies and legislative requirements. * Verify that approved payments are successfully received by intended beneficiaries. * Update system records with payment information and supporting documentation. 3. Credit Control * Monitor customer accounts and age analyses. * Follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding invoices. * Identify and escalate bad debt risks and payment issues. * Implement debtor order holds for overdue or over-limit accounts. * Process credit notes and maintain debtor records. * Issue customer statements, reconciliations, invoices, and related correspondence. * Support the processing of credit applications received from business units. 4. Monitoring and Compliance * Ensure adherence to Komatsu Africa Holdings Finance (KAfH) policies and procedures. * Support audit preparation activities and provide required documentation. * Monitor data integrity and accuracy of customer records. * Ensure confidentiality of customer and financial information. * Verify completeness and accuracy of supporting transaction documents. 5.
