## About the Role

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, * Strong accounting background (CPA background is preferred) with understanding of: General Ledger (GL), AR, AP, Financial reporting, Month-end close, Budgeting and operational reporting

 * ERP experience as NetSuite ERP consultant with implementation background in industries with inventory management and/or manufacturing
 * Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders
 * Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
 * Ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans and solutions
 * Strong Excel and data analysis skills

 2. Preferred Qualifications
 * Odoo consulting or implementation experience
 * ERP implementation project management experience
 * Experience working with Controllers, CFOs, Operations leaders, or executive stakeholders
 * Experience mentoring or leading project teams

 * Are you open to up to 5% client travel?
 * Have you done hands-on NetSuite implementations including discovery/requirements gathering, user training, and data migration done by yourself?

## Description

* Own ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support
 * Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
 * Coordinate internal teams, developers, partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
 * Proactively identify and resolve risks before they impact project outcomes
 * Ensure every engagement reflects InSphere's white-glove delivery standards

 2. ERP Consulting & Solution Design
 * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across finance, operations, supply chain, inventory, and other business functions
 * Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, user training, and process improvement discussions
 * Design ERP solutions that balance usability, scalability, cost, and best practices
 * Guide clients through business process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Support customer enhancement projects, training requests, and helpdesk needs

 3. Practice & Team Leadership
 * Mentor consultants and project team members
 * Help standardize delivery methodologies, templates, SOPs, and internal best practices
 * Contribute to onboarding and development of future team members
 * Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional client experiences

 4. Operational Excellence
 * Create reports, dashboards, and process improvements to improve visibility and efficiency
 * Monitor project health, utilization, customer satisfaction, and delivery quality
 * Continuously identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement
