You will be a valued member of our Delivery & Transformation team and work closely with client executives, business stakeholders, and offshore delivery teams to ensure operational excellence, service quality, and measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will: * Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Lead large-scale IT and business process services programs, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and SLA commitments. * Drive governance activities, including executive reviews, steering committee meetings, operational reviews, and program status reporting. * Partner with global delivery teams to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. * Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring timely resolution. * Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, resource utilization, revenue, and margin management. * Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and service expansion that create business value for clients. * Lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
