## About the Role

* 8+ years managing web projects, with a track record of shipping quality websites and features
 * Comfort working across a complex stakeholder landscape - planning proactively and escalating when needed
 * Solid grasp of software delivery best practices, with hands-on Azure DevOps (or similar) experience
 * Strong communicator who can work fluidly with leadership, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams, and coach teams toward outcomes
 * Familiarity with agile ways of working and modern software development practices
 * Experience standing up project management tooling for a team
 * Sharp attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple threads at once
 * Experience running QA testing per established process
 * Hands-on experience managing software release cycles
 * Comfortable working directly with technical teams

Nice to Have

 * A background in journalism, writing, or marketing - with an eye for detail, strong organization, and SEO know-how
 * Experience with CMS platforms like AEM and SEO tools
 * PMP or PRINCE2 certification
 * Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Azure, or Jira
 * Experience managing budgets and resources

## Description

About the Role : We're looking for an experienced Web Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of web projects from kickoff to launch. You'll be the connective tissue between teams - setting direction, keeping work organized in Azure DevOps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks as features move from idea to production.
What You'll Do

 * Partner with the team to define project objectives and build out a detailed work plan
 * Lead day-to-day task management and set the communication cadence with internal team members and external stakeholders
 * Track project activity, document agreements, and flag issues early - before they become problems
 * Keep project documentation current and aligned with goals
 * Set up and manage user stories in Azure DevOps
