## Description

* Travel Required: Yes - throughout South Carolina (same-day travel only unless scheduled), Candidate must have a VALID Driver's License in order to drive a State Vehicle to various locations within State.
 * On-Call Rotation: Every 3 weeks (critical network outages)

Daily Duties & Responsibilities

 * Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to wired and wireless network issues
 * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 on-call support for critical site network outages
 * Perform network account onboarding and offboarding using custom scripts
 * Assist with infrastructure incidents and escalations
 * Support network rollouts, upgrades, cleanup, and remediation efforts
 * Participate in planning and execution of network infrastructure improvements
 * Maintain documentation and inventory of network assets
 * Perform Microsoft administrative tasks including:

 * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) management
 * Group Policy administration
 * User provisioning and access management
 * Microsoft 365 administration
 * Assist with Windows Server administration:

 * Basic server maintenance
 * Monitoring and performance tuning
 * Patch management and updates
