Must have technical experience

 * London Market insurance ideally 2 years
 * Experience of implementing API's
 * Digital transformations
 * Legacy applications
 * They call them circles - Salesforce/Phinsys/Guidewire/data analytics and reporting all different product workstreams
 * Doing more cloud now
 * Integrate Legacy applications into SaaS
 * Help Travelers Europe to understand what is changing, processes and software
 * Can be an architect with a couple of years experience, won't look at engineers, must be architects
 * Probably not suitable to have infrastructure architects, must have broader experience
 * Guidewire or Salesforce would be great
