Required / Desired Skills * 1-3 years of data analytics experience preferred. * Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, and/or R. * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn. * Experience with data management, data integration, ETL, and working with multiple data sources. * Knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. * Exposure to machine learning/predictive analytics is a plus. * Microsoft Office proficiency is required. * Experience with IBM Maximo is highly desirable. * Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services or similar reporting platforms is a plus. * Strong data validation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. * High attention to detail and a questioning mindset. * Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. * Willingness to travel up to 50% and perform generating-plant walkdowns. * Ability to work safely with required PPE. ## Description The Data Analytics Analyst I will support the Operations Data Analytics Department and generation project teams by managing, analyzing, validating, and standardizing technical asset data. The role will focus on onboarding new generation assets and updating existing fleet assets in the Maximo work management system. The analyst will work with solar, battery storage (BESS), gas, hydro modernization, retrofit, and environmental projects.
