Key Responsibilities * Network & Security Operations Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including FortiGate Firewalls, Cisco Switches, and Juniper Wireless infrastructure. Configure, maintain, and optimize firewalls, switching, wireless, VLANs, routing, VPNs, and network security policies. * Perform firmware upgrades, configuration backups, patching, and preventive maintenance on network devices. * Monitor network availability, performance, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues. * Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and connectivity issues.
