This role will serve as the primary point of contact for end-user computing support, device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, hardware lifecycle management, executive support, boardroom technology, and IT asset management. The analyst will also assist with major incident resolution, vendor coordination, and IT infrastructure changes., * Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 end-user hardware and software support * Deliver white-glove support to executive leadership and boardroom environments * Manage device provisioning, deployment, onboarding, and offboarding activities * Maintain IT hardware inventory, stockrooms, loaner devices, and spare equipment * Coordinate vendor and third-party support for onsite services * Support incident, request, and asset management through ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms * Serve as the regional escalation point for urgent technology issues * Assist with telephony, printers, laptops, desktops, and other end-user technologies * Support local infrastructure changes and coordinate with infrastructure teams * Assist Lab and Operational Technology (OT) teams with isolated/offline equipment needs * Attend service management meetings and prioritize regional IT support activities, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
