## About the Role

Do you have experience in Test management tools?, Prometheus is looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to support a fast-paced and rapidly growing opportunity. We are executing an IT modernization effort to multiple cloud service providers (CSPs), and primarily the ServiceNow platform. Candidate is expected to have experience developing, executing, and managing a comprehensive software testing strategy in an Agile environment within ServiceNow., * Experience developing and executing end-to-end test cases supporting secure systems

 * Hands-on experience with API, functional, compatibility, acceptance/smoke testing, ad-hoc/exploratory, unit testing, regression, staging, installation, and multi-platform testing
 * Extensive experience using test case management tools
 * Proven technical skills, to include coding, scripting, or knowledge thereof
 * Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and experience testing within ServiceNow
 * Experience within current versions of ServiceNow (Washington DC or later)
 * Proven collaboration and communication skills
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Experience

 * Experience with ServiceNow Agile Development
 * Experience building and managing automated tests within the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF)
 * Experience with migration from manual processes towards automation
 * Solid experience working with different Testing Tools (UFT, Selenium & etc.)
 * Experience with JavaScript, VBScript & other scripting, * Software testing: 5 years (Required)
 * Scripting: 2 years (Preferred)
 * ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF): 2 years (Required)
 * ServiceNow: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

 * Certified ServiceNow Administrator (Preferred)

## Description

* Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive software test strategy, to include:
 * Test case management
 * Test case creation and execution
 * Regression suite creation and execution strategy
 * Work to support the integration strategy and implementation of multiple cloud-based platforms, to include ServiceNow, Box, and Okta identity management
 * Work in an Agile Scrum environment to test the modernization of an existing legacy system to a new technology platform and cloud integration
 * Support requirements capture and documentation for IT modernization efforts
 * Execute test - includes mainly Functional Testing but also could include 508 and Performance. Functional testing includes both front-end and back-end testing
 * Utilize ServiceNow Agile Board to track test execution, and triage defects
 * Provide estimates, technical recommendations, and test solutions based on technical and business requirements
 * Create testing and automation strategies and approaches
