As a global team, they create and execute the product strategy, new product innovations, roadmap, design, product development, and product launches for Basware's global product portfolio. Together with other Baswareans, Products and Cloud Engineering & Operation ensures that our customers can successfully meet their business objectives through cooperating with Basware and using our product and service portfolio. * First point of contact for monitoring SaaS/Cloud (AWS) hosted production services. * Day to Day Monitoring for complete Production Systems. * Proactive & Reactive * Coordinate with cross functional teams and resolve complex application and server issues. * Must be flexible and willing to work in rotational 24*7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. * Monitor systems using global and system-specific monitoring tools to ensure proper functionality, detect anomalies early, and proactively track customer invoice flows and SaaS services. * Perform first-level triage on production systems/servers, log and escalate incidents as per defined SOPs, and prepare related reports. * Identify and suggest continuous improvement opportunities based on day-to-day monitoring findings.
