Current valid driver's license in state of residence. Experience/Knowledge: Four (4) years progressively responsible experience in networking and protocols. Experience with Citrix, VMWare, VCenter, MS Active Directory, Cisco Routers, Switches, MS Windows Server, Cisco VoIP and knowledge of Healthcare and HIPAA a plus. Ability to write technical documentation including logic flowcharts, decision tables, narrative descriptions and similar materials to support network enhancements and operations. Physical requirements that are bona fide occupational qualifications essential to the performance of the job: Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods. Physically able to write, type and file. Able to occasionally lift 50 lbs. ## Description Job scope: The IT Operations Manager, under the supervision of the Information Technology Director supervises all IT Technical staff and is able to assist them with any hardware / software issues that may arise. Maintains and supports the LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network) for the Center including routers, switches and VOIP. Plans, designs and integrates data telecommunications networks; designs, installs, and monitors networks. Maintain and troubleshoot televideo network through Zoom / DTen / Teams. Keeps Firewalls and antivirus software updated. Evaluates potential network enhancements. Designs, configures, monitors and maintains network security features for local and wide area networks to comply with HIPAA requirements. Create system images used to replicate new computer installations.
