 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
 * Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes).
 * Experience designing workflows, flows, integrations (REST/SOAP), and notifications.
 * Proven experience working in large, complex, regulated enterprise environments.
 * Understanding of technology controls, operational risk, audit, and compliance concepts.

## Description

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk, Issues, Audit, and Policy & Compliance.
 * Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow IRM solutions across the Technology Controls organization.
 * Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology stakeholders to translate control requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
 * Provide oversight on platform architecture, integrations, and data models to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
 * Lead and mentor junior engineers and developers; perform code reviews and enforce best practices.
 * Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal business disruption.
 * Ensure proper configuration, customization, and workflow automation while minimizing technical debt.
 * Support regulatory exams, internal audits, and risk assessments by providing ServiceNow reporting and data insights.
 * Enforce security, access controls, and SDLC governance requirements.
 * Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and platform teams across Client.
