This individual will partner closely with the Project Manager, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendor resources to ensure business needs are translated into clear, prioritized, and actionable delivery requirements. The ideal candidate can quickly assume ownership of requirements, prioritization, user story development, and backlog governance while supporting testing and implementation readiness. This role requires strong Agile Product Owner expertise and experience within financial services, particularly customer or member communications, statements, notices, and related operational processes.
