This role requires someone who is comfortable working across both business and technical teams and can independently troubleshoot system and data-related issues., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. * Approximately 5+ years of relevant professional experience; candidates with a Master's degree may qualify with approximately 2+ years of relevant experience. * Hands-on experience with JasperSoft/JasperReports or a closely related reporting platform. * Strong SQL/PSQL skills and understanding of relational databases. * Experience supporting clinical supplies, clinical supply systems, clinical drug development, or related pharmaceutical systems. * Experience working with business or IT systems, including system support, reporting, data management, or system enhancements. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams., * Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical development, GMP, or GCP experience. * Experience with master data management, UAT, system lifecycle activities, or change control. * Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and business reports. * Experience with AI prompt engineering or AI-enabled process automation. * Experience developing or supporting SOPs, work instructions, and system training materials. ## Description We are seeking a Clinical Supply Systems Analyst to support systems, reporting, data management, and process improvement activities within a Clinical Supply Management organization.
