Preferred Skills and Experience * Extensive experience with integration and interface testing. * Exposure to Corporate Database, MPI, VA Profile, and existing API services in the VA network. * Ability to write basic Oracle scripts for testing. * Experience working with the VA or other Federal agencies. * Experience supporting remote work environments. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and VA's Veteran-Focused Integration Process (VIP). * General awareness of responsible automation and VA modernization priorities, with openness to learning how AI-assisted tools may support testing workflows. * Interest in using emerging tools-potentially including AI-supported analytics-to enhance testing accuracy and efficiency. Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance., * A valid photo ID must be presented during each interview * During the Hiring Process * Enhanced Biometrics ID verification screening * Background check, to include: * Criminal history (past 7 years) * Verification of your highest level of education * Verification of your employment history (past 7 years), based on information provided in your application ## Description GovCIO is currently hiring for a tester role to incorporate modern tools-including automation and AI-assisted capabilities where appropriate-to enhance efficiency, quality, and the Veteran experience, while upholding security, accessibility, and responsible technology adoption.
