A proactive approach to monitoring and resolving production issues Commitment to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and fostering team development, * Experience in the utility industry (Power, Water, Gas, District Heating) as: o Operations/Field Engineer o Billing Analyst o Metering Specialist o Customer Service/Back-office Associate o SAP end user in metering, billing, or payment processes * Strong interest in building a career in SAP IS U. * Basic understanding of utility business processes such as: o Metering, Billing, energy consumption, payments, collections, customer services etc * Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. * Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. * Good communication and documentation skills. * Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset. * Team player with a proactive, learning-driven attitude. * Exposure to SAP (any module) such as MM, SD, PM, CRM, or FICO as: o End user o Power user o Support analyst * Familiarity with meter-to-cash (M2C) processes. * Understanding of core ERP concepts (master data, transactions, configuration). * Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., AMI, smart metering, regulatory norms)., * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
