## Description

Du betreust und konfigurierst das ERP-System und entwickelst es gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen weiter
Du optimierst laufend bestehende Geschäftsapplikationen und setzt Verbesserungen nachhaltig um
Du unterstützt im IT-Helpdesk mit Schwerpunkt Applikationen und hilfst Anwender*innen bei Fragen und Lösungen
Du entwickelst und pflegst individualisierte Schnittstellen (inkl. Programmierung/Weiterentwicklung)
Du analysierst Störungen, behebst Fehler und verantwortest Tests sowie technische Dokumentation
Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen, um Anforderungen sauber aufzunehmen und Verbesserungen effizient auszurollen
