* Administration, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Gruppen und Berechtigungen (AD, MS365)
 * Administration und Betreuung von Windows-Clients sowie mobilen Endgeräten
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
 * Durchführung von Software-Rollouts, Updates und Patch-Management
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten sowie Weiterentwicklung moderner Arbeitsplatz- und IT-Lösungen
