* 1st and 2nd Level IT-Support (Annahme von Support-Anfragen via Email, Telefon)

 * Inventarverwaltung, Instandhaltung und Beschaffung von EDV-Geräten und Software-Lizenzen (Office 365, Adobe)
 * Usermanagement: via Active Directory (lokales AD)
 * On- & Offboarding und Einschulungen von IT-Benutzer.innen und Verwaltung Telefonpool
 * Netzwerk, Server- und IT-Infrastrukturverwaltung und Dokumentation (Drucker, Fileserver, Domaincontroller, Firewall, AccessPoints)
 * Backup und Verwaltung Domaincontroller und File-Server
 * Verwaltung von Webseiten (Wordpress) und Domains auf unserer Hosting-Plattform (DomainFactory)
