 * Verwaltung von Microsoft 365, Active Directory und weiteren zentralen IT-Systemen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
 * Mitarbeit bei der Administration von Netzwerk-, Virtualisierungs- und Security-Infrastruktur
 * Unterstützung des IT-Supports im Second-Level-Bereich
 * Planung, Koordination und eigenständige Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
 * Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Herstellern
