Our partner is looking for a Java Gen AI Engineer based in Belgium. This role offers an opportunity to combine strong Java engineering expertise with hands-on Generative AI development. You will design and implement practical, production-ready AI solutions aligned with business and executive priorities. The position focuses on agentic workflows, AI application integration, and performance engineering in an evolving technology landscape. You will collaborate with stakeholders and distributed engineering teams to accelerate AI adoption and expand internal capabilities. The role also provides exposure to cloud platforms, enterprise-scale AI initiatives, data pipelines, and AI-enabled user experiences. Success requires a hands-on mindset, technical curiosity, and the ability to turn emerging AI concepts into reliable solutions. You will have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact while helping shape how AI capabilities are developed and scaled.
