Strong professional software development experience in a web application environment

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who can help build and optimize websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that drive qualified leads and support our marketing campaigns., Honest Abe Roofing Franchise is looking for a high-level developer who can help us build, improve, and maintain the systems that power our franchise organization. This role combines internal software development with customer-facing website work, giving the right person the opportunity to make a real impact across both technology and business operations.
We are flexible on work arrangement and are open to remote, hybrid, or onsite candidates. We are looking for someone who can own projects, solve problems, move quickly, and bring both technical skill and practical business thinking to the table.
What You'll Do
Help build and improve our internal CRM, field service, and operational software
Develop, test, debug, and maintain web applications with a strong focus on stability, performance, and long-term supportability
Work on a mix of legacy systems, modernization efforts, and new development projects
Support front-end website design and implementation needs across brand and franchise web properties
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to turn business needs into practical technical solutions
Participate in prototyping, planning, and technical estimation for new projects
Write clear documentation for code, systems, and processes
Help improve usability, workflows, and overall UI/UX where needed
Work across both back-end and front-end needs depending on project priorities
