Je hebt hbo- of wo-werk- en -denkniveau en circa 5-7 jaar ervaring met Microsoft 365 in een enterprise-omgeving.

 - Je hebt ervaring met Power Platform (beheer, doorontwikkeling en advisering).
 - Je vertaalt technische mogelijkheden naar heldere adviezen richting stakeholders zoals business, architectuur en security.
 - Je neemt besluiten en geeft richting, ook wanneer nog niet alle informatie beschikbaar is.
 - Je hebt ervaring met automatiseren van processen met PowerShell en/of APIs.
 - Je hebt ervaring met Agile werken.
 - Je communiceert goed in het Nederlands en Engels.

## Description

Je werkt aan de doorontwikkeling en het optimaal inzetten van het Power Platform binnen een complexe organisatie.

 - Je bewaakt de roadmap en vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar concrete verbeteringen.
 - Je zorgt dat het platform aansluit op de behoeften van de business.
 - Je houdt innovatie scherp in de gaten en werkt met AI-tools zoals M365 Copilot.
 - Je hebt ervaring met Copilot Studio Agents en de benodigde governance controls.
 - Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert de Power Platform-roadmap.
 - Je vertaalt businessbehoeften naar technische oplossingen.
 - Je automatiseert beheerprocessen met PowerShell en APIs.
 - Je pakt complexe 3e-lijnsvraagstukken op en komt snel tot oplossingen.
 - Je stimuleert standaardisatie en automatisering.
 - Je coacht collegas en eindgebruikers bij het bouwen van oplossingen.
 - Je werkt samen met stakeholders zoals architecten, security en business teams.
