## Description

* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment
 * Perform IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)
 * Support Windows imaging and re-imaging processes
 * Configure and deploy end-user equipment
 * Manage and update asset inventory
 * Handle ServiceNow tickets and maintain accurate documentation
 * Coordinate IMACD scheduling and execution with internal teams and third-party vendors
 * Provide high-quality VIP user support
 * Support wireless devices including iPhone, Android, and Blackberry
 * Ensure compliance with ESD safety standards
 * Assist with site surveys, installations, de-installations, and equipment relocation
 * Follow documentation and knowledge articles to resolve technical issues.
