## Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with strong functional expertise in IBM Maximo EAM to support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise asset management solutions.
Key Responsibilities

 * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
 * Configure and optimize IBM Maximo EAM modules.
 * Conduct functional workshops with business stakeholders.
 * Support full-cycle Maximo implementations and upgrades.
 * Provide post-implementation functional support and troubleshooting.
 * Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with other enterprise systems.
 * Analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
 * Support change management and business process optimization.
 * Contribute to testing activities, including functional and UFT testing.
