 - Je leidt een team van gemiddeld 4-5 engineers samen met de project manager
 - Je coacht junior en medior collega's
 - Je vertaalt business vraagstukken naar technische oplossingen
 - Je werkt met Python, ML frameworks, GenAI en cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
 - Je bouwt schaalbare oplossingen met MLOps en CI/CD

Verdeling 70% projectwerk met klanten en 30% rest
