## Description

Voor de verdere uitbouw van het Salesforce-platform zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Salesforce Solution Expert die ons CRM-team tijdelijk versterkt. Deze werkt mee aan de realisatie van strategische initiatieven rond klantbeheer, case management, onboarding en commerciële ondersteuning.
De consultant komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team bestaande uit Salesforce-experten, domeinanalisten, architecten, DevOps-profielen en business stakeholders.
Verantwoordelijkheden - Ontwerpen en configureren van Salesforce-oplossingen binnen de Financial Services Cloud. - Vertalen van businessvereisten naar schaalbare Salesforce-configuraties. - Adviseren van Product Owner, architecten en business stakeholders. - Uitwerken van oplossingen volgens het "Adopt before Adapt"-principe. - Configureren van: - Omnistudio (Omniscript) - Flows - Validation Rules - Case Management - Lead & Opportunity Management - Ondersteunen bij impactanalyses en solution design. - Kennisoverdracht naar interne medewerkers.
