## About the Role

* Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting techniek, IT of industriële automatisering.
 * 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen OT, SCADA, infrastructuur of technisch beheer.
 * Kennis van virtualisatie, netwerksegmentatie, security en geautomatiseerde inrichting.
 * Ervaring met het afstemmen van requirements en het werken met meerdere technische stakeholders.
 * Een nauwkeurige, analytische manier van werken en de wil om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

## Description

Wil jij bouwen aan een nieuw SCADA-platform dat direct bijdraagt aan een betrouwbaar energienet? In deze rol combineer je technische regie met inhoudelijke uitvoering en geef je richting aan vernieuwing in een omgeving waar veiligheid, continuïteit en impact samenkomen.
Als SCADA Tech Lead werk je aan de vernieuwing van een bedrijfskritisch systeem voor gas- en elektriciteitsnetten. Jij verbindt architectuur, realisatie en beheer, en zorgt dat de nieuwe omgeving stabiel, schaalbaar en beheersbaar wordt ingericht. Met jouw doorzettingsvermogen houd je koers, ook wanneer techniek, planning en afstemming tegelijk vragen om scherpe keuzes.

* Je leidt de technische lijn binnen het SCADA-domein en vertaalt wensen naar heldere ontwerpkeuzes.
 * Je stemt eisen af met leveranciers, architecten en teams voor OT, security, infrastructuur en operatie.
 * Je bouwt mee aan het virtuele doellandschap, inclusief segmentatie, beveiliging en beheer.
 * Je automatiseert inrichting, configuratie, testen en updates voor een herhaalbare aanpak.
 * Je begeleidt migraties en overdrachten, zodat kennis goed geborgd blijft in de organisatie.

Voor deze functie neem je al basiservaring mee in technische regie, systeeminrichting of operationele techniek. Je begrijpt hoe belangrijk betrouwbaarheid is in een kritische omgeving en je schakelt makkelijk tussen detail en overzicht. Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt vast aan kwaliteit en weet anderen mee te nemen in een technisch plan.
