## Description

Als Manager IT Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het IT Support team en het zorgen voor een effectieve en efficiënte IT-ondersteuning binnen de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders, zoals het management, gebruikers en andere IT-teams, om ervoor te zorgen dat de IT-systemen en -infrastructuur goed functioneren. Je houdt je bezig met het identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen in de IT-processen, het oplossen van incidenten en het bieden van support aan gebruikers. Daarnaast zorg je voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van de IT-infrastructuur, inclusief netwerken, servers en applicaties.
