* 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis in IT, operations, or insurance
 * Experience with requirements engineering: user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, traceability
 * Understanding of core insurance domains (Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, Payments) or strong motivation to learn
 * Experience or interest in insurance platforms (BMP, APL, ABS, Guidewire)
 * Strong analytical and xqbhyrx problem-solving skills; able to model business processes
 * Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills in global setups
 * Interest or affinity for technology and GenAI is a plus
 * Strong BA fundamentals: elicitation, documentation, validation, process modeling
 * Experience in agile environments (Scrum or SAFe)
 * Ability to collaborate across business, operations, and IT teams
