This role is pivotal in driving the strategic implementation of ServiceNow modules, integrations, and upgrades across the organization. As a member of the IS team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions, oversee a team of analysts and developers, and ensure the platform aligns with evolving business needs.
