## About the Role

1-3 years experience in network support or a similar role.
Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with Cisco or similar networking equipment.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are an advantage.
Basic understanding of Windows server environments and Active Directory is an advantage.
Requirements
Engineer pre-requisites/Tools needed
The engineer will need:
a laptop running Microsoft Operating system (minimum Windows 11 but subject to change)
a terminal emulator program. (recommended ones are Putty or TeraTerm or Poderosa)
Serial Port (either built-in to the laptop or USB adapter)
Networking support knowledge obtained in the field and appropriate OEM device specific training and certification needed to work on the OEM products.
Teams or Webex applications for connection with Customer network NOC if required
Engineering tool kit.

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) (Preferred)
Aruba Certified Associate (ACA) (Optional)

## Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Network Support Engineer to provide onsite network support services in Rota, Cádiz, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure while ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
