The role offers great scope to learn new technologies and provides the opportunity to work with renowned organizations and get involved in business improvement initiatives. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors. What you will be doing: * Provide pragmatic technical guidance to the development team, ensuring that the code developed is high quality and technical risks are estimated. * Work closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to remove ambiguity from requirements and with the Technical Architect, if applicable, to ensure alignment with high-level designs. * Monitor and shape the day-to-day progression of development, troubleshoot, provide guidance, coding (20% to 60% of the time) as well as ensuring documentation is created for functionality developed by the team. * Own the automated software deployment process and seeks methods to evolve it and influence and provide technical guidance to other members of the team, inspiring them through technical excellence.
