## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles.
 * Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python and Ansible.
 * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB administration.
 * Knowledge of monitoring and event management platforms.
 * Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation workflows.
 * Understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
 * Advanced English communication skills.

## Description

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

 * Design, develop and maintain automation solutions for IT infrastructure operations.
 * Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
 * Optimize and manage IT operations tools, monitoring platforms and ITSM solutions.
 * Improve ServiceNow workflows, CMDB quality and operational reporting capabilities.
 * Enhance monitoring and observability platforms, reducing alert noise and improving event management.
 * Automate patching, compliance reporting and recurring operational activities.
 * Develop dashboards, reports and KPI metrics for service reviews and operational excellence.
 * Collaborate with infrastructure, monitoring, service management and customer teams to drive continuous improvement.
 * PowerShell, Python and Ansible
 * REST APIs and Tool Integrations
 * ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB
 * Centreon and Azure Monitor
 * SCCM and Intune
