The role offers significant exposure to Microsoft Purview, automation, reporting and migration, and involves working across a complex SharePoint estate that includes a central SharePoint Hub, departmental and functional sites, restricted libraries, Teams-connected sites and approved non-standard environments. There is no formal degree requirement; we value practical expertise, technical capability and demonstrable experience managing SharePoint Online in a complex environment. ## Description * We own SharePoint Online across a Microsoft 365 tenant. * We manage the structure, permissions, governance, security, lifecycle and ongoing development of a large SharePoint Online estate. * We ensure content is accessible to the right people, protected appropriately and managed throughout its lifecycle. * We work across the central SharePoint Hub, departmental and functional sites, restricted libraries, Teams-connected sites and approved non-standard environments. * We handle SharePoint architecture, provisioning and lifecycle management. * We manage permissions, access and sharing. * We administer Microsoft Purview and information protection controls. * We carry out platform administration. * We support automation and migration activities.
