In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard., Active Secret Clearance Experience with or knowledge of one or more of the following: C, C++, Java, Pytho * n Ability to understand complex system designs and algorithms Ability to derive a system design/functionality based on high level requirement * s Experience briefing completed work at iteration demonstrations and to stakeholders Experience designing and interpreting flow diagram of system functionality Desired Qualifications: GMD program experienc * e System of Systems Integration experience Experience working with Agile based development team Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to review performance and identify root cause and recommend solution * s Experience with Git, Jenkins, or the Atlassain tool suite (Jira * ) Utilization of Digital Engineering environment * s Good verbal and written communication skills, must be able to work independently and will possess the poise and flexibility required to work in a highly dynamic environmen * t ## Description As a Mid-Level Software Simulation Engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), this position will be supporting the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Element Modeling and Simulation development and integration for updates to the GMD Element. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the GMD Medium Fidelity Model and Simulation (M&S) products. You will develop these M&S products based on flow diagrams, Software Design Documents, Interface Control Documents, dynamic M&S Outputs and feedback from customers.
