This is a hands-on, early-career role for someone with around 1-3 years of professional experience who is excited by technology, AI and finding better ways of working. The role offers the opportunity to support the development and adoption of internal tools, coordinate innovation projects and work with teams across the business to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and impact. This is a builder role - responsibilities lie across a range of areas, including AI adoption, stakeholder management, solution development and product management. Innovation is a compact team focused on driving positive change through technology and creativity. AI gives us the opportunity to do things better, faster and more efficiently. By testing new ideas, building useful tools and helping colleagues adopt them in their day-to-day work, the team can make a significant impact across the business.
