System Analysis & Optimisation

 * Evaluate current care, HR, and administrative systems across all care homes.
 * Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks in digital workflows.
 * Gather and document system and user requirements.

Project Implementation

 * Support or lead the roll-out of new systems such as:
 * Electronic Care Records
 * Medication management systems
 * Staff rostering and HR systems
 * Financial and compliance platforms
 * Coordinate data migration, system testing, and go-live planning.
