Welsh language skills are considered an asset to NRW, and we encourage and support staff to learn, develop and use their Welsh language skills. ## Description Join us in Natural Resources Wales (NRW) as a Technical Support Officer, where you will support the delivery of agricultural projects and activities aimed at reducing agricultural pollution across the sector. Working closely with the COAPR team on a multi-place basis, you will provide technical support to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and help prevent and minimise pollution and environmental damage. You will play an active role in supporting field officers in the execution of their duties, helping to ensure that regulatory activity is effective, consistent, and proportionate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to environmental protection efforts, working both collaboratively within a team and independently as required. As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance., Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is responsible for delivering a programme of farm inspections across Wales to assess compliance with these regulations. This work plays a vital role in preventing agricultural pollution, safeguarding natural resources, and supporting sustainable land management practices for the benefit of current and future generations.
