A major part of this role will focus on the areas of server and network management., * Technical Support - Provide technical support and advice to customers, diagnosing and resolving problems effectively, and classifying/prioritising issues. * Systems & Cloud Management - Patch and update MS Windows Server operating systems in Hyper-V 2019, support services in Microsoft Azure and manage Active Directory and cloud identity. * Network & Email Administration - Manage and configure TCP/IP network equipment (switches) and maintain MS Exchange 2016 / Office365 email systems. * Cyber Security & Disaster Recovery - Support ongoing monitoring of cyber security controls, operational cyber requirements and disaster recovery / contingency planning. * Solution Delivery & Operations - Support in-house developed applications using Microsoft technology (DevOps pipelines, Company Portal), maintain standard device configurations and support secure remote access.
