Do you have experience in Networking equipment (troubleshooting support)?, We are currently hiring an IT Support Technician for a growing team seeking a dependable and motivated individual with experience in desktop support, networking, and general computer troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users, and working in a hands-on IT environment., * Basic computer and networking knowledge required

 * Experience with desktop support and troubleshooting required
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

 * Previous IT support, help desk, or technical experience is a plus

## Description

* Provide desktop and technical support to employees and users
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
 * Install and configure computers, peripherals, and basic network equipment
 * Assist with user account setup and system access
 * Maintain and support LAN/WAN connectivity
 * Respond to IT service requests in a timely and professional manner
 * Perform basic repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on computer systems
 * Document completed work and technical issues as needed
