## Description

* We ensure the smooth running of all IT services on site and take proactive, preventative action to minimise downtime.
 * We provide hands-on IT support and problem-solving, getting technically involved when required.
 * We oversee bespoke applications on the factory floor so products are traced and labelled accurately.
 * We manage the IT landscape, ensuring infrastructure is resilient and secure in a manufacturing environment.
 * We lead the continuous development of site initiatives, including infrastructure improvements and digital tool adoption.
 * We balance day-to-day operational IT requirements with longer-term strategic planning across the sites.
 * We develop and test disaster recovery plans to support business continuity.
 * We keep a diligent record of IT challenges and ensure they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
 * We develop the existing onsite IT team.
 * We work closely with diverse stakeholders to align IT and business functions.
 * We oversee multiple high-impact projects and support the sites longer-term IT strategy.
