The Design Associate creates, plans, and oversees projects for custom cabinetry, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and offices. This role combines creativity, design expertise, and consultative selling to guide homeowners and contractors through every stage of kitchen, bath, and outdoor living sales from concept to completion. This position requires both an eye for aesthetics and the confidence to close high-value sales. The Associate collaborates closely with clients and the sales team to drive company sales by offering good, better, and best options to ensure a great customer experience. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours.
