## Description

Au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d'Informations, sous la responsabilité du Chef de projet infrastructure, vous serez amené à fournir un support technique aux clients, gérer les incidents, participer à la gestion du parc et des demandes, maintenir à jour les inventaires, et aider à l'installation et configuration des imprimantes. Vous contribuerez également au patch management, à la préparation, masterisation et installation des nouveaux postes, à leur qualification et recette, et vous assurerez le cadrage et l'accompagnement des partenaires externes.
